2. Digital Product Purchases

All products sold by Built Not Born are digital downloads (ebooks). Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Within 7 days of purchase — If you are unsatisfied with a product within 7 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund.
  • Billing errors — If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge), we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
  • Delivery issues — If you did not receive your download link or files after purchase, contact us and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Your name and the email address used for the purchase.
  • The product you purchased.
  • The reason for your refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
