All products sold by Built Not Born are digital downloads (ebooks). Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

- Within 7 days of purchase — If you are unsatisfied with a product within 7 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund.
