1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing any product from Built Not Born (a brand of Chiwa Labs LLC, "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Description of Products

Built Not Born sells digital products, including ebooks and other downloadable content. Each product's description, format, and delivery method are provided on its product page.

3. Purchases and Payment

  • Our digital products are sold as one-time purchases. There are no recurring subscriptions.
  • Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy (powered by Stripe). By making a payment, you agree to their terms of service.
  • Prices may change at any time. The price at the time of your purchase is final.

4. License and Usage

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use purchased digital products for personal use. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of our products.
  • Share download links or product files with others.
  • Use our products for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, text, graphics, logos, and design of our products are owned by Chiwa Labs LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a license to use the product, not ownership of any intellectual property.

6. Digital Delivery

All products are delivered digitally. After a successful purchase, you will receive an email with download links. It is your responsibility to download and save your purchased files. We are not responsible for lost files after delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chiwa Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Warranties

Our products are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure quality and accuracy, we do not warrant that our products will be error-free or meet your specific expectations.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
